This is the one-stop shop for all your Club needs. You can buy Season Tickets, Match Tickets, and Memberships all from the comfort of your own home or office.

We recommend that you login at the beginning as this will ensure that you receive any relevant concessions or access to the correct products, tickets or events. Members and season ticket holders can locate their Client ID on the reverse of their card. If you do not know your membership ID then please email shop@fleetwoodtownfc.com with your full name and postcode and we will confirm your details.

Ticketing FAQs

Disabled access required?

Disabled persons pay the advertised price for their age band – a carer receives a complimentary ticket after showing proof of DLA Award Letter (on collection or at the time of booking.

Please note, away disabled supporters must purchase tickets through their Football Clubs and are not available from FTFC.

Friends and Family

If you frequently buy tickets for more than one person you can activate, create or add other accounts to your Friends and Family list, this will simplify your booking process, you’ll notice that we ask for the date of birth on each account this allows the system to automatically match each individual to the correct concession and ensure that you never pay more than you should.

Concession Tickets

Some concessions that aren’t generally age related (for example special Tickets) need to be validated and activated by a member of our team before you can access relevant discounts online, please visit the location or emails your proof of eligibility to ticketoffice@fleetwoodtownfc. You can see which forms of ID are acceptable on our FAQ.
Please note that all under-5s to under 16s Need to purchase an annual membership to qualify for free entry to league 1 home fixtures.    

Membership FAQs

Existing members must reapply each season as their membership will not carry on into the 2016/17 season.

How and when can I buy a membership?

Memberships can be bought here online as long as you have an account.
Alternatively, supporters can purchase in person at the club shop which is open Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and until kick off on match days. The shop is also open on a Saturday from 9am-1pm (non matchdays). Supporters can pay by cash, card or cheque in the club shop.

Will I be able to get membership on a match day and enjoy the cheaper prices?

Yes we will issue memberships on match days at the club shop and ticket office. It is a very straight forward process and will take just a minute of your time.

Who can become a member?

Everybody is eligible.

How do I use my membership card?

Members should present their membership card when purchasing tickets from the club shop or ticket office to benefit from the reduced ticket pricing scheme.

What happens if I lose my membership card?

There is a £5 charge for replacement of membership cards. Simply call 01253 775080 or visit the club shop to be issued with a new card.

Can I still pay cash on match days?

Yes by presenting the membership card to the ticket office and paying the price of entry. Members will then receive a paper ticket which will be used to gain entry into the stadium through the automated turnstiles.

How do I buy tickets online using my membership?

Members simply enter their membership details into the log in page of the official online ticketing website, www.ftfcstore.com and will be able to purchase tickets on a game by game basis. Members will be able to choose to have their tickets posted out for a small fee of £1 or can collect these from the club shop free of charge right up until kick off on the day of the game.

Can I choose a specific seat?

Yes, allocated seating will be in place for all games.

Which turnstile do I use?

Supporters should use the turnstiles which will be indicated on their ticket. Supporters should scan their ticket in the automated turnstiles to gain entry into the stadium. Please note that supporters will only be able to enter the stadium via the turnstiles indicated on their ticket.
